Rotary Club of Bay City
Five Year Major Project
Rotary Dedicates Historic Kiosk
April 2005
The first project was to fund the Bay County Library System's new position of Youth Outreach Librarian for five years.
The second project involved infrastructure and beautification of the Bay Area. Three pocket parks with an historic theme were installed downtown. The club then contributed $150,000 toward the landscaping of the restored Pere Marquette Rail Depot downtown.
In 2008 the club began selecting its third major project. The focus will be Promoting Economic Development while Enhancing our Quality of Life. The public is invited to participate by submitting an RFP to the club suggesting a project.
You can download the RFP form on the club Download Page.
